Section 01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between Kissy88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at kisy88.cam (the "Website").

By creating an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or initiating any financial transaction on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you hold.

This Agreement is supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any supplementary document, this Agreement shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Section 02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The Kissy88 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at kissy88.cam.
"Account"	A registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
"Balance"	The aggregate of Real Money Funds and/or Bonus Funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
"Real Money Funds"	Actual Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by the User and available for wagering or withdrawal.
"Bonus Funds"	Credits awarded by the Platform pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total aggregate wager amount a User must place before Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by Kissy88 to comply with applicable regulations.
"Prohibited Conduct"	Any behaviour described in Section 8 of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and exploitation of software errors.
"MYR"	Malaysian Ringgit — the official currency of Malaysia and the sole fiat currency accepted on the Platform.

Section 03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Kissy88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Kissy88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
3. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily or by a regulatory or judicial authority.
4. You have not been previously excluded from or had an account terminated on the Kissy88 Platform.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. Online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to your place of residence at the time of use.
7. You are not acting in your capacity as a professional gambler in circumstances where such activity is regulated.

Kissy88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (NRIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and witholding of funds pending verification.

Section 04 Account Registration and Security

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate and complete. The provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Kissy88 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach without undue delay.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Kissy88 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be required to complete identity verification before being permitted to make withdrawals, access certain promotions, or continue using the Platform. Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Kisy88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now
• Cryptocurrency: USDT via TRC20 network

5.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier interface. Kisy88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges at their sole discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within the processing times published on the payment methods page.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no applicable wagering requirements remain outstanding. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. The Platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by factors outside Kissy88's direct control, including public holidays, bank processing windows, and network confirmation times for cryptocurrency transactions. Indicated times: e-walets typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX typically 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers typically 15–60 minutes.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances are maintained and displayed in MYR. For USDT cryptocurrency deposits, conversion to MYR will be applied at the exchange rate displayed the time of deposit confirmation. Kisy88 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of transaction initiation and settlement.

Section 06 Bonuses and Promotions

Kissy88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

1. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible Account unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
3. Real Money Funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the Platform's system operates otherwise, as disclosed in the relevant promotion.
4. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity window stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon conclusion of the validity period.
5. Maximum wager amounts while Bonus Funds are active are typically capped at MYR 5 per spin or MYR 250–500 per hand unless a higher limit is expressly specified. Exceding these limits may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
6. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20% as specified per promotion.
7. Kisy88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion has been subject to abuse or exploitation.

Section 07 Game Rules and Platform Fairness

The outcomes of all games offered on Kissy88 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. The Platform undergoes periodic audits to verify the integrity and statistical fairness of game outcomes. RNG certification documentation is available upon written request to our support team.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or network interruption during a game round, any affected round will be deemed void and all wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to the Account holder's balance. Kissy88 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective table or studio in addition to these Terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the Platform's records shall be considered definitive unless a material technical error is demonstrated.

Section 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any these provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referal as appropriate:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform whilst subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripting to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or lopholes for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or money laundering.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other users in any manner.

Section 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Kissy88 brand name, logo, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kissy88 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Kissy88. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kissy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

Our aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not, in any event, exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Section 11 Account Suspension and Termination

Kissy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct.
• Instruction from a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity of the Account for a continuous period exceding 12 months.

In the event of Account closure following a verified breach, Kissy88 reserves the right to forfeit any or all balances within the Account. Where closure is initiated by the User voluntarily or by Kissy88 without cause, verified Real Money Funds shall be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method on file.

Section 12 Responsible Gambling

Kissy88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible through the Account settings section of the Platform.

Participation in the Platform is restricted to adults aged21 years and above. Kissy88 operates age verification procedures and will suspend Accounts where evidence of underage use is identified. The Platform is not intended for use by individuals with gambling-related disorders. Section 13 Privacy and Data Processing

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

We collect and process personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process financial transactions, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 14 Amendments to These Terms

Kissy88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable period provided before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

Section 15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and Kissy88, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team by contacting us at the details provided in Section 16. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 28 days.
